Find Answers to Your Questions
Next Level Innovation offers engineering services to help take a problem or idea that you have and bring it to life. We offer a range of services to help you out at whatever stage you are at with your project.
Depending on what you are looking for we will ask for specifics regarding your idea or product. A team of individuals at NLI (All under an NDA) will brainstorm different concepts. Concept generation allows you to see multiple iterations with different pros and cons. This could save money in the long run and allow us and you to see faulty errors before we get too far. These concepts will not be full designs and most likely not to scale or usable for prototypes.
A 3D model is the next step in crafting your idea. We will iron out all of the specifics and requirements that the product may have and lock down a concept if we haven't done so already. We will then start designing the product as a 3D model to later be used in prototyping, visualization, and 2D drawings. You will own all aspects of the 3D file and it can be exported as many different file types (Step214, STL, etc.).
2D drawings are essential if you want to go to production with a manufacturer. They are also useful when trying to file for a patent. 2D drawings allow you to show your idea with specific dimensions or assemblies as exploded views to help others visualize your product. 2D drawings also help to protect your intellectual property by having dated design documents.
Prototyping in any project is a costly stage of product development. This has to do with buying pieces at low quantities along with any design changes that need to be made this late in the process. 3D printing is a low-cost solution to make sure the design is perfected while also allowing for design changes to be made without breaking the bank. A wide range of materials can be sourced that offer different dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties. There are also many different 3D processes (FDM, SLA, SLS / MJF, and so on) that allow the manufacturing of prototypes or even end-use products for low and high volume production. 3D printing in some cases allows design engineers to think of creative solutions that normal subtractive material methods cannot create.
This fits the Suzuki Boulevard C50 and C90 bikes.
This product is able to fit in the stock bucket and bezel and allow adjustment. You can use most 7" aftermarket LED headlights on the market. All this at a competitive price.
The product is made out of both Aluminum and Steel but has a protective powder coating to prevent corrosion.
There is a possibility this adapter may still fit your bike even though the model or year isn't listed. Please check the "Bike Fitment" guide on the product page and follow the instructions to see if this adapter will fit. Or send us an email and we'd be happy to help.
One of the few social engineers that can hold a conversation but still gets through the nitty-gritty engineering work.
I have my Master's in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Robotics and a certificate in New Venture Creation.
I was working as a Sales Engineer for a few years and started to miss the design aspect of engineering. I decided to start using my free time and design new products for myself and friends which led to open markets in certain industries.
I like to ride my motorcycle of course! I also like hiking, going to the beach, mountain biking, and doing odd but fun projects.
This adapter will with the Yamaha Stryker, Raider, Bolt, Vstar 950, Warrior, Kawasaki Vulcan 900 bikes, and more. Please take a look at our documentation on the product page for more up to date motorcycles.
This will fit most aftermarket 5 3/4" (5.75") LED headlights produced for Harley Davidson. There is also a guide on the product page to help you select an LED so you will have no issues when ready to install.
You can try searching Amazon, eBay, RevZilla, Google, and a few other sites. Simply type into google "5.75 in LED headlights" and multiple links will pop up with good choices.
Cheaper headlights can be found on Amazon and Ebay but do come with some cons. These cons could be the quality of the product and the life expectancy of the light. It is true, you get what you pay for. In most cases the light output and dispersion is rather close and still better then the stock halogen bulb.
This adapter allows you to fit the aftermarket light you want at a competitive price. Other solutions make you choose their light and charge upwards of $200-400.
